Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, requiring appointments to be rescheduled. If you need to cancel, change or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice.
Our Policy:
Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours, will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the booking deposit paid ($40 or cost of treatment whichever is less) at time of booking to secure your appointment. If using a Gift Voucher this amount will be deducted from your voucher,
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment time, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient for you.
At the time of making your appointment, you will be required to pay a $40 deposit or the cost of the treatment whichever is less. This is to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. If using a Gift Voucher, please provide the Gift Voucher number to secure your appointment.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
